Anne Ricker

Co-FOUNDER

Anne is an Owner and Managing Principal for Ricker | Cunningham, a practice of Real Estate Economists and Community Strategists which specialize in assisting communities and the investors in them, with preparation of strategies for development and redevelopment, along with identification of partner roles and resources. 

From 1993 until 2010, Anne and her partner Bill Cunningham, worked together to expand the geographical scope of Leland Consulting Group, a West Coast-based practice which became Ricker | Cunningham (RC) in 2011. 

As a former senior real estate associate in the international real estate advisory services division of Laventhol & Horwath (L&H) in Denver and Los Angeles, she managed teams working with the FSLIC and Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) to identify solutions for problem assets.

Her extensive experience in urban redevelopment and real estate market analysis, together with vision building for public and private sector clients, has engendered her with a keen understanding of the essential elements of successful projects and sound investment. 

Anne served on the board of Downtown Colorado Inc. (DCI), and was appointed to the board of Wings of Hope for Pancreatic Cancer Research, a foundation working with UC Health and Anschutz Medical Center to develop a medical health and wellness district, as well as patient housing on their Aurora campus.
